What types of videos do you transfer?
- O VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8, 8mm videotapes, mini DV, 8mm, Super 8, 16 mm.
- home movies, photos and slides, cassette tapes, reel to reel audio can all be converted to digital format to preserve for a lifetime.
Do you transfer from damaged media?
It depends on the condition. Many times we can repair audio or video tapes to convert to digital format. A minimal charge for repair will be issued. Many times we can enhance cassettes or reel to reel tapes for better quality also.
What file formats do you transfer to?
We can transfer to mp3, mp4 and DVD, CDs' or flash drives. Video or audio transfer to digital formats.
How long does the transfer process take?
Normal production time is 7-10 business days. Many times we can service more quickly.
Do you offer express services?
We offer express services for an additional charge.

How is pricing determined?
Prices are posted on our website for audio or video transfer to digital, or quoted on special orders.

Shipping and Handling
How do I ship my media to you?
Orders can be place in person by appointment or shipped UPS, FEDEX or USPS with tracking number to assure delivery.
How will I receive my transferred files?
Normal audio is transferred to CD or flash drive and video transferred to DVD or flash drive.
